What is Fibracep®?

Biomeb is committed to continued and ongoing scientific research in the area of fibers and its effect on health and nutrition. Fibracep® has been tested in short term (oral tolerance glucose test) and in long term studies (interventional studies) in humans at risk of MetS. The mechanisms behind its activity have been explored in preclinical models of MetS.

All in all, the results reveal that Fibracep® intake can help to modulate the risk of MetS development, by acting on several of its components, especially, HDL cholesterol and blood pressure.
